Damages and Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you believe you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis. This does NOT guarantee any replacements, exchanges or refunds.


Any additional shipping insurance claims will be handled solely by the recipient & their local USPS Office. You must have the original Shipping Package, All Damaged Items & your Tracking Number to verify your claim at your local USPS office. More documentation may be required, please see your local USPS Office for more information.  Simply Savage LLC, team members or any affiliates will not be liable for any USPS insurance claims.


Exchanges
We are NOT accepting any Exchanges at this time.


Returns

 We do NOT accept any Returns.


Deposits for Custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits will be applied to final cost of item. **Custom Orders are currently CLOSED.**
